When you submit a listing through meirvo.com or our intake form, we collect:
We do not set tracking cookies, run analytics scripts, or integrate any third-party ad pixels on meirvo.com.
Your listing data and media files are used only to produce your marketing package. Your agent contact details are used to communicate about your account, send deliverables, and respond to support questions.
We do not sell, rent, share, or use your content for our own marketing without your explicit written permission. We do not use your content to train AI models.
Listing details are processed through our form backend (Pageclip) and delivered to our secure email inbox. Media files (photos, audio) are stored in our private Cloudflare R2 bucket, accessible only to authorized Meirvo team members. Files are retained for the length of your active subscription plus 90 days for delivery support, then deleted on request or expiration.
Only the Meirvo production team has access to your raw submissions. Our third-party processors include:
You can request at any time: a copy of the data we hold about you, deletion of your data, or correction of inaccuracies. Email hello@meirvo.com with "Privacy request" in the subject line. We respond within 14 days.
meirvo.com does not use tracking cookies. The only cookies set are essential session cookies required to run the site.
Meirvo is operated from the United States. If you're based outside the US, your data will be transferred to and processed in the US and other jurisdictions where our processors operate.
Meirvo is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We'll notify active subscribers by email 14 days before any material change takes effect.
