We keep your data private. Small team, small promise, and we mean it.
When you create an account, submit a listing, or buy a reel on meirvo.com, we collect:
We use Sign in with Google so you never have to create a separate password. When you sign in, Google shares your basic profile (name, email, profile picture) with us, and we create a session so you can reach your dashboard and your reels. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We use your Google profile only to run your account and deliver your reels. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.
Your listing link and any files you upload are used only to produce your reel and status graphic. Your account and contact details are used to run your account, send deliverables, process payments, and answer support questions.
We do not sell, rent, or share your content, and we do not use it for our own marketing without your explicit written permission. We do not use your content to train AI models.
Only the Meirvo team has access to your raw submissions. We rely on a small set of trusted processors:
Uploaded files live in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket reachable only by authorized Meirvo team members. We retain submissions and deliverables for 90 days after delivery for support, then delete them on request or expiration.
We do not use cross-site tracking cookies on meirvo.com. When you sign in, we set one essential session cookie so the site knows you are logged in. That cookie is required for your account and dashboard to work.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page traffic. It is cookieless and does not fingerprint you or track you across other sites. If we run ads (for example on Google or Meta), those platforms may set their own measurement or advertising cookies when you arrive from an ad, under their own policies and any consent choices you make. We do not sell your personal information.
You can request at any time: a copy of the data we hold about you, deletion of your data (including your Google-linked account), or correction of inaccuracies. Email hello@meirvo.com with "Privacy request" in the subject line. We respond within 14 days.
Meirvo is operated from the United States. If you are based outside the US, your data will be transferred to and processed in the US and other jurisdictions where our processors operate.
Meirvo is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We will notify signed-in customers by email at least 14 days before any material change takes effect.
