The rules for using Meirvo. Plain language, no fine print tricks.
Meirvo ("we", "us") is a listing marketing service for real estate agents. You sign in, paste your listing link, and we produce a cinematic listing reel plus a designed status-matched graphic (for sale, for lease, under contract, sold, or leased) from your listing photos. We deliver them to your Meirvo dashboard and your inbox, typically within 24 hours of submission.
You must be 18+ and a licensed real estate agent, broker, team leader, or brokerage operator in any jurisdiction where real estate marketing of this kind is lawful. You are responsible for confirming the legality of AI-generated marketing content under your local MLS and regulatory rules.
You access Meirvo by signing in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for the activity under your Meirvo account. Your first reel is free, one per person. Creating extra accounts to claim additional free reels is not permitted.
Meirvo is priced per video at the rate shown on our pricing page in US Dollars (USD). New agents receive their first reel free. After that, reels are purchased individually or in discounted multi-reel packs. There is no subscription and nothing recurring; you only pay when you buy a reel or a pack. Refunds are evaluated case-by-case for service failures. Contact hello@meirvo.com.
When you submit a listing, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the listing photos and details at the link you provide, along with any logo, agent details, and brokerage branding you submit, solely for the purpose of producing and delivering your reel and graphic. We do not use your content to train AI models, sell to third parties, or use in our own marketing without your explicit written permission.
You represent that you have the right to use the listing photos at the link you provide (from your photographer or MLS, with permission to use them for listing marketing) and any logo or branding material you submit.
You own the final marketing package we produce for your listing, and you may use it in any commercially reasonable way consistent with your real estate marketing obligations: MLS posts, social media, your website, email marketing, paid ads, and printed materials.
The licensed music bed, stock visuals (if any), and AI-voice generation are cleared for commercial use as part of our delivery. You will not be asked to license anything further for normal listing use.
We make listing marketing videos. We do not guarantee any specific business outcome. We do not guarantee faster sales, higher sale prices, more leads, higher engagement, or any MLS compliance outcome. You are the real estate expert; we are the production studio.
You may not use Meirvo to:
Meirvo uses AI to produce the cinematic reel and graphic from your listing photos, and to generate an optional voiceover when you choose one. We do not fabricate or generate rooms or features that are not in your listing photos. All output is reviewed before delivery, but you are responsible for confirming that the listing details shown are accurate before publishing.
Meirvo's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to active customers at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
